Michael Arvay, founder and CEO of Marvelous Retirement Planners, has been working as a successful retirement planner in the industry for 14 years. Born and raised in Toledo, OH, he wanted to build a business in his hometown where he could help guide people down their own path to a Marvelous Retirement.

Michael firmly believes in education when it comes to retirement planning. He prioritizes equipping his clients with the knowledge and understanding they need to make informed decisions about their retirement. He looks at each client's current situation paired with their future goals, and works alongside them to curate a retirement plan unique to them. Michael believes the relationships he builds with clients don’t end inside the office, and is passionate about going the extra mile for each of his clients.

Michael has a 19-year-old daughter, Jaden, who will be attending Grand Valley State University in the fall. Jaden was diagnosed with Type-1 diabetes at a young age, so supporting Diabetes Youth Services organizations is something Michael feels truly passionate about. When he is not working with clients or spending time with his daughter, Michael enjoys exercising, cooking, and getting out on the boat with his friends and family.
